Front Office Staff

Shana Wyatt

Shana is one of our Front Desk Coordinators and joined Southeastern Plastic Surgery October, 2011. Shana is available to help with questions related to scheduling an appointment and administrative concerns. She will be sure everything is ready for your appointment and be happy to provide any information materials you need.

Kathy Skillman

Kathy Skillman is one of our Front Desk Coordinators and has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since July, 1999.  Kath is available to help with questions related to scheduling an appointment and administrative concerns.  She will be sure everything is ready for your appointment and be happy to provide any informational materials you need.

Sharon Robinson

Sharon Robinson is our Patient Accounts Representative and has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since June 2006. Sharon is available to help with billing questions related to insurance claims and patient account information, including collections and refunds.

Vickie Homesley

Vickie Homesley is our Medical Transcriptionist and has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since December 1997.  Vickie is available to help with questions related to correspondence letters to referring physicians.

Patient Coordinator

Shannon Vlaservich

Shannon Vlaservich is our Patient Coordinator. She joined Southeastern Plastic Surgery in Spring of 2011. Shannon is available to discuss cosmetic procedures, which are best suited for your individual needs, during a one on one consultation. She will also answer all your questions concerning surgery, scheduling and fees.

Laser Specialist

Caroline St. Clair

Caroline St. Clair is our Laser Technician and has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since December, 2004.  Caroline is available to speak with you during your consultation and if you have questions throughout your time in our office.  She can provide all the information you need about cosmetic surgery procedures, fees, scheduling, and laser treatments.

Surgery Scheduling

Dana Smith

Dana Smith is our Outpatient Surgery Coordinator and Insurance Verifier who has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since June, 1996.  Dana is available to help with questions related to scheduling outpatient surgery, pre-authorization for surgery, insurance verification, referrals, provider credentialing, worker’s comp claims, and disability form completion.

Clinic Staff

Natalia Myers, CNA

Natalia Myers, CNA is one of our Clinic Assistants and has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since February, 2007.  Natalia is available to help with questions related to office visits and procedures, prescription refills, and is our translator.

OR Staff

Allison Paysour, RN, BSN

Allison Paysour, RN, BSN is our Operating Room Coordinator who has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since May, 2002.  Allison is here to be sure your surgery experience is safe, comfortable, and meets all your expectations.

Sharon Mooney, CST

Sharon Mooney, CST is our Operating Room Surgical Technician and Clinic Assistant and has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since August, 2007.  Sharon assists with patients in clinic, as well as assisting in surgery with the doctors.

Skin Care Staff

Lyn Smeak, RN

Lyn Smeak, RN is one of our Skin Care Specialists and Nurse Injector who has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since May, 1999.  Lyn is trained to provide treatments with SkinCeuticals and PCA products.  In addition, she is available to provide Botox® and Injectable Fillers, such as, Juvéderm and Restylane.

Susie Emerson, RN, MSN

Susie Emerson, RN, MSN is our Skin Care Specialist who has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since November, 1998.  Susie is trained to provide treatments with SkinCeuticals and PCA products. In addition, she is available to help with post-surgical cover-up makeup.

Wendy Jervis

Wendy Jervis, Licensed Aesthetician.  Wendy is one of our Skin Care Specialist who joined Southeastern Plastic Surgery in October 2011.  Wendy has been in the beauty field for over 18 years and an Aesthetician for 14.  She is trained to provide treatments with Skinceuticals, PCA and Glo Therapeutics.  Wendy also adds waxing and make-up services to our menu, and is one of our CoolSculpting technicians.

Administrative Staff

Tracey Gore

Tracey Gore joined  Southeastern Plastic Surgery as our Practice Administrator in October 2011.  She has over 15 years experience in healthcare management.  Tracey’s goal is to ensure that you receive the highest level of care at Southeastern Plastic Surgery and that you have a positive and enjoyable experience at our practice.   She is available to address any and all concerns you may have, and welcomes your feedback as to how we are doing.
