Butt Lift at Southeastern Plastic Surgery

Our doctors offer fat grafting and direct lifting for buttock lifts. Due to the significant risks associated with prosthetic butt implants, we have declined to offer implant surgery for this part of your body. We have found that the use of fat grafting produces a more contoured appearance and offers remarkable—although more conservative-- results for our patients.

Using liposuction, our surgeons can remove excess fat from almost any part of your body. Typically, we remove fat from the abdomen, hips, and thighs for a butt lift. Removing this fat serves the dual purpose of augmenting your backside, while reducing fat in other areas of your body. 

Once fat has been removed, it is prepared and then injected in the different layers of tissue and fat of your buttock. In a precise pattern that lifts and sculpts your rear to produce the exact look you desire.

This method is safe and effective, and because your own fat is used. However, because up to 50% of injected fat can be reabsorbed into your body, the process may need to be repeated.

After your procedure, compression garments will need to be worn to reduce swelling and help your butt maintain its new, desirable shape. While final results can take up to three months to achieve, once achieved these results are essentially permanent.
