About Southeastern Plastic Surgery

Our central surgical office in Gastonia has been in operation for 17 years.  Dr. Timmons relocated his wife and family to Gastonia in 1994, opening his doors as Southeastern Plastic Surgery, being  the first full time plastic surgery office in the area.

To meet growing demand, Dr. Emerson joined the office in 1997, bringing with him additional credentials in hand surgery to add to our expertise. Dr. Emerson’s  wife, a nurse practitioner, joined the staff several years ago as one of two staff aestheticians. Our surgeons have  board-certified experience and are members of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and are experts in cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures.

Our surgical suites are inspected  and credentialed by the most demanding national accreditation organization of in-office surgery centers (AAAASF).   Both doctors are active members of the community.  They pride themselves in staying  on top of the latest surgical techniques and practices and have published plastic surgery articles.  Having treated mayors and pageant winners, our office has again been voted “The Best of Gaston” by readers of the Gaston Gazette.

Through the years we have expanded our offices to accommodate clients in Lake Wylie and Shelby. Our staff is loyal and many have been with the practice since the beginning. Being sensitive, excellently trained and  knowledgeable , our staff will always try to understand how to best meet your needs.
